When you are at sidelines with an achy knee, lower back, neck or shoulder pain, we know you try to overcome it by pushing it aside with hopes it will be gone tomorrow. Although, that is usually never the case and the pain persists or worsens.

Quick fixes such as pain medication and creams only mask the actual issue. In order to progress you must approach the issue with a long term fix. Physical Therapy is just that- a long term approach to healing.
