T. D. Baskin

T. D. Baskin serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Iron Horse Midstream, LLC since January 2021, while also holding the position of EVP and Chief Operating Officer at Cardinal Midstream III since May 2017. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering and Construction at Cardinal Midstream II from May 2013 to May 2017, and Project Manager at Cardinal Midstream LLC from December 2010 to May 2013, where responsibilities included managing engineering and construction for major projects in the Marcellus, Utica, and Woodford Shales. Early career highlights feature engineering and project management roles at Chesapeake Energy and Crosstex Energy, as well as significant leadership experience as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy. T. D. Baskin is an alumnus of Texas A&M University and holds an Executive MBA in Energy from the University of Oklahoma.
