Ryan G. is the co-founder and CEO of Iron Light, a full-service marketing agency empowering purpose-driven brands to change the world. Ryan is also the co-founder of Iron Light Labs, which empowers purpose-driven individuals to make a difference. Prior to their current roles, Ryan served as the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Firebone, a brand consultancy focused on the marriage between systems and design thinking. Before that, Ryan held the position of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Robert Russell & Associates, a marketing and fundraising consulting firm based in Chicago.
