Chase Frederick

Chase Frederick, PSP, is the Director of Safety, Risk and Security at Iron Mountain since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in security management and risk mitigation. Prior to this role, Chase held various leadership positions at DICK'S Sporting Goods from April 2013 to September 2021, including Sr. Manager of Investigations and Manager of Corporate Security, overseeing security personnel, emergency preparedness programs, and security policy development. Earlier experience includes a role as Field Service Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where management oversaw guarding operations across multiple sites. Chase holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate and Homeland Security from PennWest California, earned in 2012.
