Issa Fallouh

Issa Fallouh is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Director of IT Service Delivery for Iron Mountain, overseeing operations across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, and South Africa since January 2023. Previously, Fallouh was the Chief Technology Officer at InfoFort, where strategic IT initiatives and digital transformations were implemented, notably enhancing online presence and conversion rates before its acquisition by Iron Mountain. Fallouh has also held various roles at Aramex, including Regional IT/PMO Manager and Project Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions, where significant IT integration projects were executed. Fallouh's educational background includes certifications and executive programs from reputable institutions such as the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances and INSEAD, along with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Damascus University.
