Lori Shaffer

Lori Shaffer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in solution consulting, partner management, and technical support. Most recently, Lori served as a Solution Consultant, Solution Owner, and Partner Relationship Manager at Hyland from January 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, Lori worked as an OnBase Support Engineer at Iron Mountain for a brief period in early 2024. Lori's earlier career includes a significant role as Business Unit Manager at Associated Software Consultants, Inc. from March 2001 to March 2007, overseeing the PowerLender Loan Origination and Processing System. Lori also has experience at Hyland Software from July 2007 to October 2010 as an External Trainer and Sales Engineer, International, contributing to the training and pre-sales support of OnBase. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Early and Middle Childhood Education from The Ohio State University and has furthered education through the University of Oxford's Department for Continuing Education.
