Lucy Spencer

Lucy Spencer is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology management and project execution. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of IT at Iron Mountain, Lucy participates in all aspects of technology solution design, development, deployment, and maintenance. Previously, Lucy held the position of Technical Director and Project Manager, delivering successful technology projects through effective communication and coordination with stakeholders. Additionally, at Uber, Lucy leads a global IT Engineering team, enhancing the employee experience across multiple domains. Lucy's career also includes a role as a Software Test Analyst at Vontobel, where innovative methods for testing schedules were developed. Lucy holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from the National University of Singapore.
