Mithu Bhargava

Mithu Bhargava has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2002, they started their career at Akamai Technologies, where they held various positions including Solutions Architect, Principal Technical Project Manager, and Global Functional Manager. During their time at Akamai, they were responsible for managing projects, developing technical solutions, and leading pre-sales engagements.

In 2008, Bhargava transitioned to the role of Director at Akamai, overseeing Customer Financial Operations and later moving into the role of Director for Service Operations and Corporate Customer Experience. In these positions, they focused on improving customer satisfaction, driving operational efficiencies, and managing top-line services revenue.

In 2013, Bhargava joined Dell EMC as Vice President and COO of Global Pre-Sales, where they led the strategy and operations of the pre-sales organization. Mithu also served as Senior Vice President for Global Commercial Pre-Sales, Vice President for Pre-Sales Americas, and held other leadership roles within the company. Mithu'sresponsibilities at Dell EMC included organizational leadership, GTM readiness, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

In 2018, Bhargava joined NCR Corporation as Executive Vice President and later became the SVP and GM of Global Professional Services. During their time at NCR, they were a member of the executive leadership team and had P&L ownership of a $600M+ business. Mithu'sfocus was on driving NCR's transformation, implementing turnarounds, and leading global teams to drive product adoption and value creation.

Bhargava's work experience also includes roles outside of large corporations. Mithu served as a Board Member for C200 and Girls Inc. of Worcester, bringing their expertise and leadership to these organizations. Additionally, they were an Advisory Board Member for the Women's Business Collaborative.

In 2022, Bhargava became the President of Solifi, where they contributed their leadership skills and industry knowledge.

Currently, they are the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Digital Solutions at Iron Mountain, where they oversee the digital solutions division.

Throughout their career, Bhargava has demonstrated a strong focus on driving organizational transformation, leading teams, and delivering results.

Mithu Bhargava has a diverse educational background. Mithu completed their Executive MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended the Greater Boston Executive Program at the same institution in 2010. Mithu also holds a Masters degree in Computer Science/Computer Networking from North Carolina State University. Mithu'sundergraduate studies were focused on Computer Engineering, which they pursued at the University of Mumbai.
