Priyanka Panwar is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in corporate recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Corporate Recruitment at Iron Systems, Inc. since June 2018, Priyanka collaborates with leadership teams to establish hiring targets and develop candidate profiles for technology roles. Previous roles include HR Executive positions at Highlands Info Tech and Oscillate Info Tech Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding new hires. Priyanka began their career as an HR Trainee at DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance. Priyanka holds an MBA in Human Resources Management/Marketing Management from Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology and a BSc in Computer Science from DAV College Yamuna Nagar.
