Joseph Fuccillo is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in capital raising, investment origination, financial analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, and asset management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Iron Point Partners, LLC since December 2021, Joseph has played a crucial role in the firm’s investments across various sectors, including self-storage, life science, and office, as well as unique opportunities in distressed assets. Prior to this role, Joseph held positions including Vice President and Senior Associate within Iron Point Partners from June 2012 to December 2021, where responsibilities also encompassed financial analysis and asset management. Joseph's career began at SG2 Properties and Iron Point Titan Asset Management, focusing on asset management for a significant New York City portfolio. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
