David Sensenig

David Sensenig is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and real estate. As the Business Owner of Creative Designs Kitchens & Baths since December 2016 and the President of Sensenig Design, LLC since March 2007, David has led a design-build company specializing in residential and small commercial projects, equine facilities, and home remodels while ensuring client needs and budgets are prioritized. Additionally, David has been involved in real estate sales at Iron Valley Real Estate since 2016, assisting investors and clients in navigating property transactions. David holds an Associate's degree in Architecture from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, and has furthered education at Drexel University.
