John Gardner

John Gardner is an experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in marketing and promotions. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Iron Valley Real Estate since September 2022, John conducts open houses, stays informed on market trends, and develops trusting relationships with clients to meet their individual needs. In addition to this role, John has been a Real Estate Investor with J.Phoenix Real Estate since May 2012, where investment properties are identified and managed. Prior experience includes leadership positions in VIP marketing and promotions with notable companies such as HQ Nightclub, Hakkasan Group, and Angel Management Group. John holds an Associate's degree in Business Management from the College of Staten Island.
