Nathan Kimes

Nathan Kimes is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both commercial and residential sectors. Currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at Iron Valley Real Estate since September 2020, Nathan also holds the position of Director of Equity Acceleration at 3210 Mortgage Accelerator, focusing on enhancing equity for homeowners and landlords. Prior to these roles, Nathan was a Realtor with Keller Williams Real Estate Keystone Partners Group and Lisa James Otto Country Properties, and also worked as a Sales Director at Advanced Data, where significant advancements in mortgage data were achieved. Nathan's career includes self-employment in marketing, starting with Celtic Clothing, and multiple roles as a Realtor beginning in 2005. Educationally, Nathan holds an MTS degree in Biblical Studies and completed real estate education at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
