Ashley Pressley

Ashley Pressley has over twelve years of professional experience in the technology and creative industries. Ashley began their career in 2007 as a Registrar Intern at The Harn Museum of Art, where they administered the master museum database and reorganized the physical media collection. In the same year, they also worked as an IT Technician and Administrative Assistant at Copia Creative, where they multi-tasked client project, website, email, and application schedule management, created detailed technical documentation for clients, and implemented and maintained a custom office back-up solution. From 2010 to 2013, Ashley worked as a PC Support Specialist at the Alachua County Sheriff's Office, where they created a web application to track sexual predators by neighborhood, migrated an antiquated data storage system into a searchable website, and developed numerous internal and public-facing websites. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Service Delivery Director at Pharicode, where they built a custom Service Portal modeling widgets for tracking and trending financial data for a worldwide company, and developed a PHP-based U2F registration application to support the utilization of Yubico multi-factor authentication devices for ServiceNow. Most recently, Ashley has been a Senior Developer at IronArch Technology since 2019.

Ashley Pressley obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida between 2003 and 2007. Ashley then obtained the CompTIA A+ certification in June 2009, the CompTIA Network+ certification in July 2013, and the CompTIA Security+ certification in January 2023. Ashley also obtained various ServiceNow certifications between 2016 and 2021, including the ServiceNow App Developer certification in May 2016, the ServiceNow Certified Platform Administrator certification in June 2018, the ServiceNow Certified HRSD Implementor certification in June 2018, the ServiceNow Certified Vulnerability Response Implementor certification in July 2018, the ServiceNow Certified ITSM Implementor certification in July 2018, the ServiceNow Suite Certification - ITSM Professional certification in December 2018, the ServiceNow Suite Certification - HR Professional certification in March 2019, and the ServiceNow Certified Security Incident Response Implementor certification in March 2021.
