Mikaela Silsby

Mikaela Silsby (Waters) currently serves as a Product Marketing Manager at Ironclad, Inc., a digital contracting platform utilized by modern legal teams and supported by prominent investors such as Accel, Sequoia, and Y Combinator, since October 2021. Previously, Mikaela held a position in Legal Operations at Ironclad from May 2019 to May 2021 and worked as a Summer Law Clerk at Bell Gully from November 2017 to January 2018. Mikaela earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Vermont and has participated in the Berlin Abroad Program through IES Abroad, also focusing on Political Science and Government. Mikaela has an educational background that includes Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton, and the University of San Francisco School of Law.
