Lanny Xu

Lanny established the Chinese arm of the Ironfish business in 2012, and has spearheaded its development from a relatively unknown brand in China into a prominent Australian property investment services company, with five offices across China.

Lanny first joined Ironfish in 2006 as an investment strategist, quickly becoming the top Sydney strategist and progressing on to a range of local, state and national management roles.

Prior to Ironfish, Lanny was a senior manager in operations and risk for a Fortune 500 company, based at its Asia Pacific headquarters located in Sydney.

After meeting Joseph in the late 1990s, Lanny was so inspired by the Ironfish vision that, despite being at the peak of his corporate career, he decided to join the property investment industry and has never looked back.

Lanny loves being the Chinese Ambassador of the Ironfish brand, and continuing the company’s legacy of working with the highest quality developments.

Lanny holds an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He is a J.P. and former board member of AustCham.
