Robert Cohen

Robert Cohen is the founding partner at Irongate Capital Advisors. Prior to this, they spent 33 years and 7 months as the Chairman and CEO of IMA Financial Group. In this role, they were responsible for directing the objectives for all of IMA’s subsidiaries. The IMA Financial Group is comprised of IMA, Inc., a retail insurance broker; Signature Select, a retail broker focusing on high-net-worth personal lines and small business insurance; Eydent Insurance Services, a managing general agency and managing general underwriter; Towerstone, Inc., a wholesale insurance broker; TrueNorth, Inc., a discretionary money manager and registered investment adviser; and CORnerstone Risk Solutions, an alternative risk captive manager. Cohen has been instrumental in growing the company into the successful enterprise it is today.
