Kathy Leff

Kathy Leff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diverse fields, including real estate and healthcare fraud investigation. Currently a Real Estate Agent at Irongate Inc., Realtors since April 2022, Kathy also serves as the CEO of Airborne Solutions Group, LLC, providing aviation support for Defense Engineering Programs since January 2011. Kathy has held the position of Director of Special Investigations at CareSource Management Group since 2005, overseeing a department dedicated to combating healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse. Additionally, Kathy served as the Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Healthcare Anti-fraud Association from January 2015 to December 2016, contributing to a leading organization in healthcare fraud prevention. An extensive career at State Farm Insurance Companies spanned from 1978 to 2005, with roles ranging from Claims Trainer to Superintendent of Benefits and Services. Kathy holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Excelsior University, complemented by studies at Illinois State University.
