Tim Cheng is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in architecture and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Irongate since June 2021, Tim has managed high-end residential and resort projects across multiple states and Mexico. As the Director at American Taiwan Biopharm Co., Ltd. since January 2022, Tim contributes to biopharmaceutical developments. Co-founding Modus Development LLC in February 2020, Tim focuses on architectural innovation. Previous roles include Project Lead at Plus Development Group LLC, Project Designer at Studio MAI and MAI Lab, and consulting positions at DLR Group, Pentagram, and Snarkitecture. Tim’s background also includes significant work at Gensler and Perkins+Will, where various healthcare and commercial projects were realized. Tim holds a Bachelor of Architecture from SCI-Arc and has international academic experience from Hosei University and the University of Washington.
