We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to help our B2B team take its Talent Attraction strategy to the next level. Our B2B line aims to close the gap of tech talent by hiring, training and deploying best-in-class junior tech profiles for incredible projects. Thus, with a focus on junior talent and graduate recruitment, the successful candidate will play a key role in deploying scalable Talent Acquisition initiatives and build the Ironhack B2B employer brand to ensure the success of this business model and the maximum level of quality of hire to guarantee our client's satisfaction.

#Responsibilities

  • Candidate Lead Generation: deploying a strategy to find, attract and hire the best talent out there through inbound and outbound recruiting
  • Employer branding: set up the Ironhack B2B employer brand from scratch through a series of marketing actions such as events, job fairs, meet ups and webinars to position Ironhack as an employer of choice for junior tech talent
  • Deploying our university relations strategy
  • Attending (and occasionally organizing) career fairs and recruitment events
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates and Ironhack in-house teams to deliver a best in class experience during and after the hiring process
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and advice to Ironhack managers and in-house teams
  • Provide metrics and suggest improvements based on Talent Acquisition data

#Is this you?

  • You have 3-4+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, IT Recruiter, or any other Talent
  • Acquisition related function in fast-paced environments - experience in Big 4 or professional services firms will be highly valued
  • You have experience working with graduate recruitment programs, managing university relations or with any other initiatives to hire young talent
  • You have worked with Tech talent before and are a tech-savvy person yourself!
  • You are fluent in English - Spanish, French, German or Portuguese will be considered a plus
  • You have a track record of delivering successful Talent Acquisition strategies, with high organic applicant rates and significantly contributing to lowering time to fill
  • You are a people oriented person with exceptional customer service focus combined with exemplary follow-through
  • Passionate about your job and adding value to the company through Talent strategies!
  • Comfortable embracing a culture of constant experimentation
  • Really positive, upbeat and social - fun to work with!
