#About the gig

A large part of the success of Ironhack depends on the amazing professionals that are part of our different teams. The Talent Sourcer is a critical role to ensure we are interviewing, engaging and ultimately hiring the best talent to enable Ironhack’s expansion and success. We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Sourcer that will be able to find the very best candidate for each role while delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Sourcer will be a part of Ironhack’s People team and potentially work cross functionally with every other team in the company to help them with their talent attraction needs.

The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for:

  • Candidate Lead Generation: market mapping and research, direct sourcing and candidate identification for several of our functional teams, with focus on Bootcamp Instructors and Tech roles
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage top talent through creative sourcing strategies and top-notch employer branding
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers to deliver a best in class experience during and after the hiring process
  • Document and share the latest sourcing techniques, methods and tools with our team
  • Positioning Ironhack as an employer of choice - communicating opportunities to passive candidates and being able to articulate Ironhack’s Employee Value Proposition
  • Make recommendations to Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers about the competitive landscape supported by your research and market data
  • Provide metrics and analysis based on Sourcing data
  • Contribute in People-related projects including Talent Operations, Employer Branding or Diversity and Inclusion

#Is this you?

  • You have 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, IT Recruiter, or any other Talent Acquisition related function
  • You have worked with Tech talent before and are a tech-savvy person yourself!
  • You are fluent in English - Spanish, French, German or Portuguese will be considered a plus
  • You have a track record of delivering successful sourcing strategies, with high conversion rates and significantly contributing to lowering time to fill
  • You are a people oriented person with exceptional customer service focus combined with exemplary follow-through
  • Passionate about your job and adding value to the company through Talent Acquisition!
  • Comfortable embracing a culture of constant experimentation
  • Really positive, upbeat and social - fun to work with!
  • Encouraged by challenges and enjoy having tons of autonomy
  • A do-er - the moment you get out of bed, you’re getting stuff done
