Chad Guerin

Chad Guerin has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as Team Lead for the System Engineer Service Desk at IronMountain Solutions, Inc. since December 2018, focusing on customer service excellence. Previously, Chad held various positions including Systems Engineer Service Desk Lead, IT Help Desk Analyst, and Network Engineer at the Madison County School System from January 2016 to January 2019, as well as Network Technician II at JCHCA- Highlands Medical Center IS from April 2014 to January 2016. Chad's career began at Allison Wholsale Inc., where responsibilities included receiving from January 2002 to January 2014. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University (2019-2022), an Associate's degree in Computer Information & Communication from J.F. Drake State Tech. College (2011-2013), and a high school diploma from Woodville High School (1987-2000).
