Cameron Pforr

Cameron Pforr is the Chief Financial Officer at IronNet, Inc. He brings a wealth of financial and operational experience to his role of Chief Financial Officer at IronNet, Inc. Cameron oversees all aspects of the firm’s finance function including accounting, financial planning, tax and investor relations. He also partners closely with the firm’s co-CEOs in determining the company’s strategic direction and guiding its operating performance.

Prior to joining IronNet, Inc., Cameron served as President and CFO of Fidelis Cybersecurity, where he led strategic and corporate development and product innovation for a leading ERP company serving the education sector. He was also the President and CFO of WhipTail, a flash storage array pioneer acquired by Cisco. Cameron draws upon finance and strategy experience gained while a senior investment banker at Revolution Partners and Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, as well as a strategy consultant at Bain & Co.

He graduated with a BS in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary. He also earned an MBA and a MA in International Studies from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
