Zahara Barakathulla

Zahara Barakathulla has eight years of work experience, beginning in 2014. In that year, they completed an internship as a Research Executive at TNS Lanka (Pvt) Limited. In 2015, they held a Marketing Intern position at Fonterra Brands Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a Summer Intern role at Etisalat Lanka (Private) Limited, and a Junior Buyer role and a Buyer - International Brands & Odel Sports role at Softlogic Holdings PLC. In 2018, they were Assistant Manager Innovation at Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC. From 2021 to 2023, they were Senior Category Manager at Daraz, and is currently Marketing Manager at IronOne Technologies LLC.

Zahara Barakathulla began their education in 1997 at Colombo South International College, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. Zahara then attended Mercury Institute of Management from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained an ACCA in Accounting. Finally, they attended University of Greenwich from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) in International Business.
