Stephanie Foster is a seasoned marketing and strategy professional with diverse experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Marketing Project Coordinator at Ironpeak, Stephanie previously held key roles such as Strategy Associate at Redaptive, Inc., where significant achievements included implementing objectives & key results (OKRs) and launching a Customer Advisory Board. Prior to that, at M&T Bank, Stephanie excelled as a Senior Consumer Strategy Analyst, where the development of a comprehensive strategic plan positively influenced over 12,000 employees. Early career roles included Business Analyst at Wilmington Trust and Branch Manager at M&T Bank, complemented by foundational internships in finance.
