Aaron Jones has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their roles at Wyndham Vacation Ownership. Aaron began in 2000 as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper and later held positions as Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Resort Manager, Resort Manager, and Guest Services Manager.
In 2010, Aaron joined IronRidge as a Senior Director Planning & Systems. Aaron worked there for 10 years until 2020, overseeing the design and manufacture of solar panel mounting systems.
In 2021, Aaron joined Esdec USA as a Senior Director Information Systems. Aaron was responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Salesforce. Aaron also facilitated change management controls and managed hiring and development of the internal team. Aaron left Esdec USA in 2022 to become the Senior Director of Sales Operations at IronRidge, where they currently work.
Aaron Jones completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Eastern Oregon University from 2009 to 2013. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Executive MBA at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 2014 to 2016.
