Joshua Rios has a wealth of work experience, having worked for six different companies since 2010. Joshua began their career as an Independent Marketing Consultant for Kathleen’s Catch Fresh Seafood in 2010. In 2013, they joined MarketSource as a Technologist, RSO Reporting Coordinator, Support Team Lead, and Support Team Representative. In 2019, they moved to LiveVox as a Customer Care Specialist. In 2021, they worked for both MarketSource Inc. as a Technical Specialist and Prime Care Technologies, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager. Joshua is currently employed by IRONSCALES as a Customer Success Manager.

Joshua Rios attended Georgia Gwinnett College from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management. Joshua also attended Brookwood, though no degree was obtained. Additionally, Joshua has a certification in Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 from Microsoft.
