Bob Thomas is an accomplished executive leader currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at IronSite and Automated Gate Services, Inc. With a robust background in HVAC/R services, Bob has excelled in various leadership roles, including General Manager at RSI - Refrigeration Solutions and Regional Director at Source Refrigeration & HVAC. Their extensive experience includes over twenty years in project and program management across government and private sectors, alongside being a certified building contractor in Florida. Bob holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida.
