Chris Carrillo

Chris Carrillo has extensive experience in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and tolling, currently serving as ITS Construction Manager for the Flyway E-470 Road Widening project and as ITS and Tolling Assessor for the Central 70 Project at IronStride Solutions since January 2022. Prior to this role, Chris held similar positions at Apex Design, PC, and the Colorado Department of Transportation ITS Branch. Chris also brings entrepreneurial experience as the owner of ThreeZeroThree Photography from 2005 to 2018, and has worked in various technical roles including Electronic Specialist at Parsons Brinckerhoff and Traffic Signal Aide at the Colorado Department of Transportation. Chris graduated from Broomfield High School in 2005 and has continued education at Front Range Community College.
