Carly C.

Carly C. has a long history of successful work experience. Carly began their career in 2005 as Vice President and Co-Owner of Coast to Coast Equipment, where they co-started the company and was responsible for creating positions, hiring and training the workforce. During their tenure, they increased revenue and profits 9 out of 10 years, including double digit growth. In 2009, they became Manager of Ohio High Reach, a re-rental company for aerial lifts, telehandlers and forklifts. Her role included building the customer base, generating revenue and implementing processes to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. In 2014, they were appointed President and Co-Owner of Coast to Coast Equipment and Ohio High Reach, where they were responsible for the strategic vision, planning and leadership of both companies. Finally, in 2019 they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of IronTek Solutions.
