Stephen Brobst is currently an advisor at IronWifi. Stephen has previously held positions as a technology advisor, co-founder and chief technology officer, and lecturer. Stephen has also been a research scientist.

Stephen Brobst has over 35 years of experience in the IT industry. Stephen started their career as a research scientist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Stephen then became a lecturer at Boston University before co-founding their first company, Strategic Technologies & Systems, in 1983. In 1994, they co-founded NexTek Solutions, which was acquired by IBM in 1998. The IW*Manager product built by NexTek Solutions became the foundation for Query Patroller on DB2. In 1993, they also co-founded Tanning Technology Corporation, which went public on NASDAQ in 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they were a technology advisor at eHealthDirect, which was acquired by HealthEdge. Most recently, they have been an advisor at IronWifi.
