Kevin M. Kerwin, Esq.

Kevin Kerwin serves as the Acting CEO of Iroquois Healthcare Association since October 2021, having previously held multiple roles within the organization including Executive Vice President and Legislative Counsel, Vice President for Advocacy and Legislative Counsel, and Deputy Vice President. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Public Policy at the New York State Association of Health Care Providers from April 2019 to October 2021 and various positions at the New York State Bar Association, including Deputy General Counsel and Associate Director of Government Relations, from October 2007 to April 2019. Kevin Kerwin's career began at the New York State Department of Labor as Legislative Counsel from July 2004 to September 2007, following a Post Graduate Judicial Internship with the Chambers of Honorable James B. Canfield in 2003. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law, an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, and a certificate in International Arbitration, Mediation, and Negotiation from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
