Mathieu Bourgault

Mathieu Bourgault has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in both organizational and industrial contexts. Currently serving as a Consultant auprès des CSE at IRPEX and an Associé at Team for the Planet since December 2020, Mathieu's previous roles include RRH Industriel at ARMOR, where responsibilities encompassed human resources management across multiple industrial activities, project leadership in implementing HRIS systems, and overseeing social relations. Prior to that, Mathieu held positions as Responsable Ressources Humaines at AGIR RECOUVREMENT and as an HR specialist at Advans Microfinance Network, focusing on recruitment and personnel administration on an international scale. Additional experience includes recruitment consultancy at QUORIDGE, HR roles at Thales, and foundational internships at Canon, with a strong educational background in human resources from IAE France.
