Adam Sampson

Mr. Sampson is an Eagle Scout with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University and holds an extensive range of technical, business, and management certifications.

Mr. Sampson is a global executive with strategic & tactical product leadership spanning the life sciences, high performance computing, construction, and government contracting industries. He has made a career of developing profitable new products and strengthening core revenue streams with worldwide customers such as American Express, eBay, Kohler, and Roca. He has been essential to the development, commercialization, and sustaining of 14 new product platforms, all IP novel, of which nine were major profit-generating engines. Mr. Sampson is a catalyst for continuous growth and improvement by integrating the customer with operational excellence and emerging technologies. He has optimized or created new five entire product life cycle processes and is the inventor on or managed the inventors of over 30 issued patents plus numerous active patent applications.

Mr. Sampson has held positions as an Executive Advisor for multiple startup companies, along with roles that include Global Vice President of Engineering & Product Development at Fluidmaster, Director of Engineering & IT at Alere, and vital roles in both manufacturing and R&D at Biosite Diagnostics. His responsibilities have included research, new product development, manufacturing, program management, information technology, and intellectual property.
