Caroline O'Neill

Caroline O'Neill is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Irreducible since July 2023, where the focus is on zero-knowledge succinct proofs and blockchain technology. Previously, Caroline held multiple roles at MoonPay, including Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Head of Executive Talent, responsible for leading teams in recruiting and enhancing payment infrastructure for crypto. As Vice President of Talent Acquisition at PDT Partners from April 2016 to March 2022, Caroline contributed to the firm's independent investment management operations. Earlier experience includes project management in high-end residential design at ABIGAIL H.HESS INTERIORS INC. and various roles in ESL teaching and vineyard assistance, alongside internships at Time Inc. Caroline earned a BS in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and has a diverse educational background from Syracuse University and Kent Place School.
