Matthew Norton

Matthew Norton currently serves as the Commander at the 480th ISRG since June 2022 and has been an active member of the Board of Directors for both Irreverent Warriors, Inc. and the National War College since October 2020 and August 2018, respectively. With a military career beginning in May 2001 as an Officer in the United States Air Force, Matthew Norton has held multiple leadership roles, including Deputy Director of Intelligence at the Joint Special Operations Command and Squadron Commander of the 25th Intelligence Squadron. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University and dual Master's degrees in Strategic Intelligence and Strategic Studies.
