Eric Poiseau

Eric Poiseau has extensive experience in project management and technical leadership within the healthcare technology sector. Currently, Eric serves as the Head of the SED at INRIA Rennes and leads the IHE development team, overseeing significant initiatives such as the IHE European connectathon and the Gazelle project. Additionally, Eric contributes to IRT b-com and previously held the role of Technical Project Manager at IHE-Europe, managing connectathons since 2001. Past experiences include coordinating the EC-funded HITCH project focused on interoperability conformance testing and serving as a Research Engineer at Université de Rennes 1, where Eric organized the first IHE Europe connectathon. Eric's foundational experience includes a Project Manager role at 4D Neuroimaging Inc., and a strong educational background with a PhD in Computer Science from Université de Technologie de Compiègne, an MSc in Biomechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
