Hamidreza Khaleghi

Hamidreza KHALEGHI is a Senior R&D Engineer specializing in 5G/6G-AI at IRT b-com, focusing on AI-based signal processing and Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces. With prior experience as a 5G/L1 modeling engineer at Nokia, Hamidreza designed signal processing functions for 5G physical layers and collaborated with global teams for FPGA integration. As an IoT System Architect at Kerlink, responsibilities included designing hybrid positioning methods and researching energy harvesting and machine learning for IoT applications. Earlier roles included positions in optical telecoms at IRT b-com and Altran, as well as experience in satellite telecoms. Hamidreza holds a PhD in Optical Telecommunication from Université de Bretagne Occidentale, a Master’s degree from IMT Atlantique, and a Bachelor’s degree from Sharif University of Technology.
