Fred Kapel

Fred Kapel is currently the Director of Human Resources at Independence Realty Trust. Prior to this, they were with The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. for 12 years, where they served as the Assistant Vice President and Recruiting Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the talent acquisition strategy and execution for Property Management and Corporate office, Recruitment & Employment Branding, Talent Sourcing, Candidate Evaluation & Selection, and candidate negotiations.

Before joining The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Fred Kapel was with Pendum LLC for 6 years as the Human Resources Manager. Prior to that, they were a Physical Education Teacher & Coach at BLOOM TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT #206 for 3 years.
