Emalee Firestein

Emalee Firestein has built a robust career in technical support and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Support Operations at Kandji since October 2021. Prior to this role, Emalee held various positions at Kandji, including Technical Writer for AI & Knowledge Base, Senior Support Engineer, and Support Engineer. Emalee's experience also includes serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at The College Board from August 2020 to October 2021, and as an ISD Engineer II focusing on Mac systems at Navy Federal Credit Union from January 2016 to August 2020.
