Tracy Welt

Tracy Welt is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Irvine Company Apartments since January 2025, while also co-owning Salt & Pine since December 2020. Prior to this, Tracy held the position of Executive Assistant at The Resort at Pelican Hill, providing support to senior leaders and organizing high-level meetings from August 2022 to December 2024. Tracy's extensive background includes roles as Office Manager, Unit Accountant, and Corporate Trainer at Mastro's Steakhouse, as well as experience as an Account Manager at Abbott Staffing Group and various positions in the hospitality industry. Tracy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from California State University-Long Beach and an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Orange Coast College.
