Diane Mangels

Diane Mangels is a seasoned finance and investments professional with significant experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Finance & Investments at Irvine Company Apartment Development since July 2019, Diane has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Manager and Manager of Finance & Investments. Notably, Diane has evaluated financial returns and property valuations, and has provided strategic recommendations for investment opportunities, particularly in major lease transactions. Prior experience includes a summer internship with RCLCO Real Estate Advisors, as well as a substantial tenure at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. where roles included Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager and Corporate Banking Credit Analyst. Diane holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Quantitative Economics from Tufts University, supplemented by educational experiences at The London School of Economics and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
