Howard P. currently serves as the Senior Director of Data Governance at Irvine Company, a position held since June 2025. Previously, Howard held the role of Data and AI Advisor at Moxy Analytics from July 2024 to May 2025, advising organizations on data programs, policies, and metrics. As Vice President of Data Governance and Data Quality at Signify Health (May 2023 - May 2024), Howard led teams to establish governance practices and ensure data quality across the data supply chain. Prior experience includes serving as Data Governance Program Lead at Google from June 2021 to March 2023, where Howard helped stakeholders manage their data assets, and as a Senior Manager at Accenture (April 2018 - June 2021), assisting enterprises with various data-related services.
