Jonathan Brinsden

Jonathan Brinsden is the President of Office Properties at Irvine Company. Jonathan has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Jonathan began their career at Hamm Corporation, where they served as President and COO for seven years. In 2001, they joined Midway as CEO. Under Jonathan's leadership, Midway grew into a $2B company with a portfolio of core mixed-use assets. In 2013, Jonathan was named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate by GlobeSt.

In addition to their work at Irvine Company, Jonathan is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the ULI Americas Executive Committee and Board of Trustees.

Jonathan Brinsden is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where they earned a BS in Real Estate/Architecture/Construction.
