Lauray Holland Leis

Lauray Holland Leis has had extensive experience in human resources and community management. Lauray worked at Irvine Company from August 2002 to June 2018, starting as Director of Human Resources and later becoming Senior Director, Human Resources and then Sr. Director, Community Management. In these roles, they demonstrated their strategic leadership skills by aligning HR strategies with business objectives and implementing initiatives to achieve strong results. Lauray managed the human resources function for the largest division of the company, overseeing talent management, compensation, employee engagement, and organizational development. Lauray also played a key role in implementing a new culture initiative and establishing employee support programs. Prior to joining Irvine Company, Lauray worked at Hilton Hotels as a Director of Human Resources from 1991 to 2002.
