Valerie Lane

Valerie Lane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Portfolio Operations at Irvine Company since November 2014, Valerie oversees the operations of 4.2 million square feet of low-rise campus and mid-tech/manufacturing buildings in the Irvine Spectrum area. Previously, as Senior Manager of Operations, responsibilities included managing operational aspects of 24 commercial and warehouse buildings totaling 1.3 million square feet, catering to over 80 NNN and full-service gross customers. Earlier in career, Valerie held the position of Public Information Officer at the Center for Demographic Research from 1999 until September 2004. Valerie holds a degree from California State University, Fullerton, earned between 1999 and 2004.
