Yann de Fabrique has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Yann started their career at Swans Incorporated in 1995 as a Marketing Manager, where they successfully promoted and branded athletic sports eye wear throughout Asia and Europe. Yann then moved on to Hotel Bristol Group in 2000, where they served as the General Manager and VP of Marketing until 2003.
In 2003, Yann joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as the Area General Manager, leading a team across multiple hotels. Yann was responsible for managing a P&L annual budget, as well as overseeing sales and marketing efforts to drive aggressive campaigns and increase company visibility within the industry. Yann stayed with Hyatt Hotels Corporation for almost a decade, leaving in 2012.
Following their tenure at Hyatt, Yann joined Aegis Living as an Executive Director, a role they held for two years until 2014. In this position, they provided executive leadership and strategic direction for the organization.
Since 2014, Yann has been working at Irvine Company as the Vice President - Community Management. Yann leads a team of Senior Leaders within a portfolio of Apartment Communities, overseeing compliance and driving value through effective leadership, financial insight, and innovative business strategies.

Yann de Fabrique completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/International Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, in 2011, they attended The Wharton School for Executive Education in Real Estate Development.
