Armi Abiera

Director for Musical Ace Program at Irvine Public Schools Foundation

Armi Abiera has been working in the performing arts and entertainment industries for the past 26 years. Armi has appeared in the West End production of The King and I as Tuptim, Belle in Beauty and the Beast in Germany, as a Swing/Assistant Dance Captain in Miss Saigon, and Ali/Ensemble in Mamma Mia. Armi has also worked as a voice-over artist, appeared on-camera in multiple national commercials, Television, films, and web-series. In 2002, they appeared in Mamma Mia! at the Mandalay Bay Events Center and in 2001, they were in The King and I at The London Palladium. From 2018 to present, Armi has been the Director for Musical Ace Program at Irvine Public Schools Foundation, during which they have directed Beauty and the Beast Jr., Matilda, and High School Musical Jr. Armi is currently the Artistic Director at Irvine Theatre Company. Additionally, Armi offers private coaching in singing, acting, and voice-over. Her clients are working voice actors and young performers who have gone on to work in TV/film, musical theatre, and have been accepted to performing arts schools.

Armi Abiera holds a Bachelor's of Science from UC Irvine.
