Gaspar Garza

Gaspar Garza has extensive experience in water utility operations, currently serving as Operations Manager at Irvine Ranch Water District since January 2014. Previous roles include Acting Manager of Operations and Deputy Manager of Operations at Inland Empire Utilities Agency from February 2005 to January 2014, as well as Project/Plant Manager and Shift Supervisor at United Water from 1994 to 2005. Gaspar's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where a proud service as a Mortarman was completed from 1986 to 1990.
