Stephen Y. Aryan

Stephen Y. Aryan is the Manager of Risk & Contracts Administration at Irvine Ranch Water District since June 2022. Prior to this, Stephen held various roles at different municipalities including being a Community Resources Manager, Risk Manager, and Assistant to the City Manager at the City of Palm Desert. Stephen also served as an Administrative Analyst and Emergency Preparedness Specialist at the City of Carson, California. With a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role.
